Our Refund Policy
While GLily.com is committed to providing our customers a sales experience that is pleasant and that includes fast delivery and exceptional customer service, it is not possible for us to accept returns on past issues of The Gilded Lily, our patterns, our postcards, our e-books.

A complete refund, including shipping charges, is available for our tea class, Tea Coterie.

Back Orders  
If a product on our website is back ordered, the purchaser will know immediately as we will make a note of that on our website where the product is offered.

Shipping Charges
We will use Priority Flat Rate Mail to ship all of our products, except for our tea class, Tea Coterie. The shipping charge for Tea Coterie to any U.S. destination is $10. Standard shipping times to your area by said carriers apply. Destinations outside of the U.S. will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Information Collection and Use
GLily.com
is the sole owner of the information collected on our product order forms and subscription forms. The information we request is contact information (name and billing address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. We will not sell, share, or rent this information. We use a credit card processing company to bill customers for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

In order to receive our free, monthly on-line publication, Sweet Willa's Review, one must provide their email address, as requested on our homepage. As above, this information is not sold, shared, or rented. Those wishing to no longer receive Sweet Willa's Review will be immediately removed from our data base once we are notified.

This website takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks customers to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a customer's personally identifiable information changes (such as your phone number or zip code), or if a subscriber no longer desires to receive Sweet Willa's Review, they can email us at editor@glily.com  and we will   correct, update or remove the customer's or subscriber's personal data. Subscribers to Sweet Willa's Review can also update their name and contact information by returning to our homepage at www.glily.com and again completing the two-line subscription form.
