Materials old picture frame chicken wire* wire cutters heavy duty staple gun w/ staples assortedl dried or silk flowers & leaves 1 bar picture hook 4.25" wide domed wooden disks acrylic paint - 2 contrasting colors** Quik Crackle™ Modge Podge™ or spray sealer brush hot glue gun small hammer |
*measuring 1" bigger all the way around than the inside of your frame **Your base paint will only show through the cracks. The second, contrasting paint is your main color and will crackle. |

Directions
1. Apply your base paint and let dry.
2. Brush an even coat of Quik Crackle™ over your base paint and let dry 20 minutes to 1-hour.
3. Brush on your contrasting color. It will crackle in seconds. Let dry completely before sealing with Modge Podge™ or a spray on sealer.
4. Cut chicken wire so it extends beyond the frame's opening on all sides. Staple to the back of the frame every 2-3".
5. Attach the hook to the center top of the frame with a small hammer.
6. Hot glue a domed wooden disk to each corner of the frame's back.
7. On the front, arrange a variety of dried or silk flowers and greenery on two opposite corners.
8. Hang and enjoy!
