Our Refund Policy
While Gilded Lily Publishing is committed to providing our customers a pleasant sales experience that includes fast delivery and exceptional customer service, it is not possible for us to accept returns on our books, our patterns, our postcards and past issues of The Gilded Lily.
A complete refund, including shipping charges, is available for our tea class, Tea Coterie, up to one year from the purchase date.
Back Orders
If a product on our website is back ordered, the purchaser will know immediately as we will note that on our website where the product is offered.
Shipping Charges
We use either Priority Mail or Priority Flat Rate Mail to ship our products. Standard shipping times to your area by said carriers apply. Destinations outside of the U.S. will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Information Collection and Use
Gilded Lily Publishing, Beach Haus Productions and LaurieNienhaus are the sole owners of the information collected at GLily.com. The information we request is contact information such as name, address, phone number and email. If we have trouble processing an order, we contact the purchaser via phone or email.
We also often ask, via email, phone, or in person for the email addresses of those simply interested in what Gilded Lily Publishing, Beach Haus Productions and Laurie Nienhaus offers.
We will not sell, share, or rent the information collected. Those wishing to no longer receive communications from us are immediately removed from our data base once we are notified.
Payments Accepted
We currently accept personal checks and PayPal. Orders are not sent until payment is received.
Notification of Changes
If our privacy policy changes, those changes will immediately be posted on our homepage so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
