The Ladies' Tea Guild since 2001 - About
The Ladies’ Tea Guild
was established in the spring of 2001 with the intent of providing an oasis for women with a passion for both history and tea. As of late summer 2004, we have 19 local chapters.

The Founder of The Ladies' Tea Guild
Speaker, author, and playwright Laurie Nienhaus loved history, tea, and Jane Eyre even as a child. Her passion for the 19th century was born during a month's visit to England with her grandmother when she was 24 years old.

The National Director - About
With a deep and abiding love for both tea and historic clothing, national Guild Director Denise Hendrick is also the proprietress of Romantic Recollections, specializing in reproduction and historically-inspired clothing, millinery, and corsets.
